1. Service Authorization & Estimates

All plumbing work is performed following client approval of flat-rate quotes provided prior to commencement. On-site physical inspections may be required to verify existing piping condition.

2. Emergency Dispatch

24/7 emergency dispatch service times are subject to road conditions, severe weather, and technician availability in Pope County.

3. Workmanship Guarantee

We stand behind our repairs with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Warranty terms on installed hardware (e.g. water heaters, fixtures) follow manufacturer specifications.
